The Home Baked Pasty Bake-Off Competition returns to Pasty Fest 2025 after an 8 year hiatus!
Do you craft a pasty so fine that kin and neighbors sing your praises? Prove it in the grand contest of crust and filling at this year’s Pasty Fest Home Bake-Off!
All humble home bakers (ye of noble heart and flour-dusted hands) are invited to compete before a council of wise judges in one or more esteemed categories:
🏆 Best Copper Country Pasty – A tribute to the hearty fare of the Keweenaw realm.
🏆 Best Cornish Pasty – Honor the ancient recipe: beef, rutabaga, potato, and onion.
🏆 Best Non-Traditional Pasty – Let thine imagination run wild! Bring forth sweet or savory pasties of curious and wondrous design.
Triumphant bakers shall receive $100 in Keweenaw Cash, praise, and everlasting pasty prestige. Judging will occur at the main stage during Pasty Fest at 2pm!

Submissions must be brought to the Main Stage (intersection of Oak Street between 4th & 5th - next to Supernova Yoga) between 1:00-1:30pm —tarry not!
