Pasty Eating Contest
It's not just how fast you can eat, it's how MUCH you can eat. Twelve contestants will have a shot to see who can eat the most pasties in 5 minutes! Eight contestants will be allowed to sign-up beforehand and 4 lucky feasters will be hand selected the day of the event. ON-LINE SIGN UP OPENS IN AUGUST

You Be the Judge! Pasty Bake-Off! You purchase a kit of 4oz pasties, one from each of our commercial vendors and let us know what one is the best! Pasties will be individually marked, each with a different style of toothpick. You will return to the sales booth the tooth pick from the pasty you thought was best! We will only have 100 "kits" available so get to the Bake-Off Booth quick, next to the Keweenaw National Historic Park Visitors Center (98 5th Street)! The price for the kit will be determined by the # of pasty entries! Proceeds from this event support Pasty Fest and Main Street Calumet! Great Deer Chase
A mountain bike race event at Swedetown Trails in Calumet held the same day as Pasty Fest! With 5 different lengths of singletrack mountain bike races and special untimed tots event, there is something for everyone!

Bubble Machine - Parents, please consider bringing a towel, shoes and a change of clothes! The bubble machine will be set up in the 400 Block of 5th Street, north of Ramona's Bakery/L&L Bar.
